By using Zenvor, you agree to these terms together with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your license to use the app.
License and use
Zenvor grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA and these terms.
Your content
You are responsible for the text, links, and documents you add to Zenvor and for having the right to use them. Zenvor processes that content on your device to read it aloud and to power on-device features. Zenvor does not claim ownership of your content.
Zenvor Pro
Zenvor Pro may include auto-renewable monthly or annual subscriptions and a lifetime non-consumable purchase. Prices, trials, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases checks your Apple Account entitlement state.
Exported audio
Zenvor can export audio it synthesizes on your device from text you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights required for the text and for the way you use any exported audio.
No warranty
Zenvor is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Synthesized speech, summaries, translations, and answers are generated automatically and may contain errors; do not rely on them where accuracy is critical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenvor and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
